Delete Your SafeJourney Account
SafeJourney allows users to permanently delete their account directly from the mobile application.
How to delete your account
- Open SafeJourney
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Data deleted
- Profile information
- Journey history
- Geofence safety zones
- Profile telemetry
Data retention
After confirmation, associated account data is permanently removed according to operational requirements
and applicable policies.
